Support staff play an essential role in NHS organisations.


Administrative staff provide essential back up to healthcare staff and are an integral part of ensuring the safety of patients.


Each NHS organisation has a communications lead or team to ensure that the organisation communicates effectively with its staff, patients and the local community. They play an important role in ensuring safety information is communicated internally within their organisation, and also with patients and the public.
