Patient safety resources

The National Reporting and Learning Service analyses reports of patient safety incidents received from NHS staff and uses this to produce resources aimed at improving patient safety.

These resources range from alerts and guidance to toolkits and data reports and can help healthcare professionals improve patient safety in their organisation.

Resources can be searched by topic, healthcare setting, clinical specialty, audience, type or collection.
