Summary
A series of workshops has been planned to provide the opportunity to:

  • find out more about the development of speciality-specific reporting
  • demonstrate the anaesthetic e-form and
  • demonstrate the subsequent process of review and determining feedback.


Representatives from SALG will attend the workshops in each region. This will stimulate discussion among professionals
on the impact that the eForm can have on improving patient safety in anaesthesia within your organisation.

The workshops are aimed at the anaesthetic team, clinical and risk managers and all healthcare workers involved in the reporting of anaesthetic incidents.

 

Workshop update

Attendance at these workshops are now recognised by the Royal College of Anaesthetists for 2.5 CDP points
